dc.description.abstractWork motivation has a considerable influence on the productivity of employees in the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the dominant factors affecting employee motivation and productivity as well as its influence on the productivity of employees at PT. Condong Garut. This research was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) using software SmartPLS. Construct models of evaluation analysis results indicate that the progress indicator of motivation and career development have contributed most to the latent variables of work motivation, while indicators responsibilities and work undertaken no significant effect on employee motivation. Construct models of evaluation analysis results showed that the productivity of mental and physical abilities of employees have contributed the most to the latent variable employee productivity.en
