Livestock subsector products play important role in providing protein for human need and increasing income of the famers. Laying hens farming produces animal based protein such as meat and eggs. Eggs are commonly consumed by the people as they are rich in protein, cheap and easily found in the market. Improving of livestock production must be surported by provision of high feed quality, available in sufficient quantities, cheap in price, easily found and do not compete with human needs. Fermented Jatropha curcas (castor) seed cakes with Rhizopus oligosporus and addition of phytase and celullase is applied to replace soy bean meal in the ration. A completely randomized design was applied to test used of castor seed cake in ration. This experiment accomplished of 5 treatments, namely R0 (control ration eithout castor seed cake), R1 (7.5% fermented castor seed cake), R2 (7.5% fermented castor seed cake + 200 g cellulase/ton), R3 (7.5% fermented castor seed cake + 200 g phytase/ton) and R4 (7.5% fermented castor seed cake + 200 g cellulase/ton + 200 g phytase/ton). The resuls showed no significant different between treatments. Treatments with fermenteds castor seed cake without or with fermented castor seed cake until level 7.5% in ration was relatively save to use in ration.en
