This study aimed to analyze the motivation, attitude, and reading behavior of electronic-book (ebook) among undergraduate students at Bogor Agricultural University. This research involved 100 undergraduate students from each faculty who were selected conveniencely. Data was collected through the questionaire. The result showed that the samples have a high level of motivation to use ebook and agree use ebook because attributes of price, gateway to access, type of book, content, and simpleness. Samples have a positive attitude toward attributes of ebook. The frequency of reading samples is once a week with duration of reading is 1-2 hours. The result showed there is a positive significant correlation between age and length of study within motivation and attitude, as well as motivation and frequency. On the other side, the negative correlation between Grade Point Average and attitude toward an ebook. Moreover, there is a positive and very significant correlation between motivation and attitude toward duration of reading an ebook.
