Rancangan Model Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Dalam Perancangan Usaha Mikro dan Kecil Olahan Komoditas Lele Dumbo (Clarias gariepinus)

Abstract

Business feasibility studies is one of the requirements to lodge financing to investors. Leleku.com sistem aims to help building the appropriate financial feasibility model so that the owner may submit financing toward investors, either individual investors or financial institutions. The sistem was made by using reference data from similar Small & Micro Enterprises (SME) gain through direct interviews, afterwards, a web-based application is made by using programming language, namely HTML, PHP, Javascipt, CSS, JQuery and using MySQL as the database. The modeling sistem is formed into two subsistem, covering database management subsistem ( DBMS ) and basic model management sub-sistem ( MBMS ). After being verified with researched data, the feasibility value for both SME was formed, with details as such : (1) For Karmina SME resulting NPV of Rp 469,884,900; 129% ROI; 2.99 of IP; 2.69 for B/C ratio; and Pay-back period after 10 months with profit of Rp 112,475,300/year. (2) For Al-Fardh SME resulting NPV of Rp 283,385,500; 149% ROI; 2.91 of IP; 2.66 for B/C ratio; and Pay-back period after 8 months with profit of Rp 68,323,700/year. From both name of SME, it appears that both SME deserved to be established and for investors, this is very promising because these businesses will gain big profit each year, which are Rp 112,475,300/year or Rp 9,372,900/month (Karmina SME) and Rp 68,323,700/year or Rp 5,693,600/month (Al-Fadh SME).
