dc.description.abstract | Quail have considerable potential as a producer of eggs. Some of them likes C.japonica can spawn more than 300 points in one year at the first production. Quail livestock production can developed optimally in good maintenance management. Factors of stocking density, sex ratio and behavior could be affected to egg production. The subject of this research was to determine the optimal stable density on the behavior of quail. There were three treatment in this research, first density (there was 4 male and 8 female), second density (there was 5 male and 10 female) and third density (there was 6 male and 12 female). The treatment production indicated that the P1 and P2 showed the greatest frequency of sexual was 0,11, P2 showed the greates frequency of agonistic was 0,07 and Ingestive behavior was 7,13. The most highest sexual behavior frequency was showed at stocking density P1 and P2. The most highest agonistic behavior frequency at stocking density P2 and the most highest Ingestive behavior frequency at stocking density P3. | en |
