The experiment was carried out to evaluate the use of tofu waste for the concentrate of animal diet. The tofu waste was derived from a local tofu industry at village. It contents protein, energy, mineral, and crude fiber. This is a reason that tofu waste is good for the animals. Rabbits were used as the experimental animal. Four diets containing 20, 40, and 60% of tofu waste and one commercial concentrate were given to the rabbit. Twenty young rabbits (789 ± 0,15; CV= 10%) were used. These animals were divided into four groups. Feed consumption, daily body weight gain, feed conversion, and mortality were recorded. The effect of treatment were studied by ANOVA. The results showed that the effect of treatments was significant on daily body weight gain and feed conversion (P<0,05). Tofu waste can be used as commercial concentrate substitution at 60% rate of native grass and 40% rate of tofu in feed balance for local rabbits.en
