The research aimed to study tissue composition in commercial cuts of the six month of male thin tailed lamb fattened on ration containing Indigofera sp. and sprouts waste. This experiment used eight thin tailed lamb raised for three months in individual cages. The data was analyzed by Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA). Characteristics carcass corected with body weight before treatments were conducted, composition and distribution carcass corrected with chilled carcass weight. The result showed that the treatment did not significantly affect (P>0,05) carcass characteristics and composition. However, thin tailed sheep fed on ration with sprouts waste had significantly (P<0,05) heavier muscle in the rack and significantly lighter of fat in the leg (P<0,05) compared to those fed on ration contained Indigofera sp. Thin tailed sheep fed on ration with sprouts waste had significantly (P<0,05) higher percentage of bone in leg compared to those fed on ration contained Indigofera sp. Leg at thin tailed sheep fed on ration with Indigofera sp. had the best proportion commercial cut carcaas.en
