Sheep farming has been increasing to meet demand of animal protein for human needs. In the livestock business, feed cost is the largest cost. In this study, bean sprouts waste which have no economic value was used as a sheep feed to increase sheep productivity. Productivity of sheep was affected by internal factors and external factors. The external factors are physiological responses and the internal factors are nutrient contents of feed. Bean sprout waste contains 13,63% of crude protein and 49,44% of crude fiber which are useful for sheep feed. The treatment level were P1 (100% concentrate), P2 (75% concentrate + 25% bean sprout waste), P3 (50% concentrate + 50% bean sprout waste), and P4 (25% concentrate + 75% bean sprout waste). The result showed that physiological response and palatability were increased along with the increasing of bean sprouts waste in the feed content. In this research, there were no significant relationship between palatability and physiological response.en
