dc.description.abstractThis study aims was to analyze the self-esteem, self-efficacy, learning motivation, and academic achievement of high school students in various learning models. The study involved 26 students of the acceleration class, 30 students of the international class and 30 students of the regular class in the city of Bogor. Primary data in this study were selfesteem, self-efficacy, and learning motivation which include internal and external motivatio. Students achievement data was collected through report card. Data was collected by observation techniques and self-report with the help of a questionnaire. The Study using descriptive analysis and inference analysis. The results showed different intrinsic motivation between the three classes (p < 0,05) where the regular class has the best intrinsic motivation, the second is the SBI and the third is the acceleratio n class. The results also indicated a difference in the report value of the three classes (p<0,05) where accelerated class have the highest value of cognitive and psychomotor, the second is the SBI and the last is the regular class. The highest affective value owned by the regular classroom. The study also found a positive relationship between self-esteem with self-efficacy (r=0,567), intrinsic motivation (r=0,520), and extrinsic motivation (r=0,289). In addition it also found a positive relationship between self-efficacy with intrinsic motivation (r=0,451) and extrinsic motivation (r=0,420). The results also showed a negative relationship between intrinsic motivation with cognitive value (r=- 0,217) and the psychomotor (r=-0,256).en
dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis self-esteem, self-efficacy, motivasi belajar, dan prestasi akademik siswa SMA pada berbagai model pembelajaran. Penelitian melibatkan 26 siswa kelas akselerasi, 30 siswa kelas internasional dan 30 Siswa kelas reguler di Kota Bogor. Data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah self-esteem, self-efficacy, serta motivasi belajar yang meliputi motivasi internal dan eksternal, sedangkan untuk data sekunder adalah nilai rapor yang meliputi nilai kognitif, nilai psikomotorik, dan nilai afektif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan self-report dengan alat bantu kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan motivasi intrinsik pada ketiga kelas (p<0,05) dengan kelas reguler memiliki motivasi intrinsik paling baik, kedua adalah kelas SBI dan ketiga adalah kelas akselerasi. Hasil penelitian pun menunjukan adanya perbedaan nilai rapor di ketiga kelas (p<0,05) dengan kelas akselerasi memiliki nilai kognitif dan psikomotorik paling tinggi, kedua adalah kelas SBI dan terakhir adalah kelas reguler. Nilai afektif tertinggi dimiliki oleh kelas reguler. Penelitian ini juga menemukan hubungan yang postif antara self-esteem dengan self-efficacy (r=0,567), motivasi intrinsik (r=0,520), dan motivasi ekstrinsik (r=0,289). Selain itu ditemukan pula hubungan yang positif antara self-efficacy dengan motivasi intrinsik (r=0,451) dan ekstrinsik (r=0,420). Hasil penelitian pun menunjukan adanya hubungan yang negatif antara motivasi intrinsik dengan nilai kognitif (r=-0,217) dan nilai psikomotorik (r=-0,256).
