Abstract

The quality od ducks germ in the society still varies especially from the birth weight point of view. Productive female ducks are difficult to differentiate visually because the absence of comb and characteristic behavior unlike female chickens that shows these characteristics in their productive time. Another alternative to identify productive female ducks is by observing their body parts namely beak length, beak wide, hip wide, back length and breast length.
