Abstract
Egg upon which the food with the cheap and good protein quality of its price, representing protein source food substance which was a lot of consumed by society. Others the egg also representing protein source food-stuff was easy to digested, but the inclusive of product easy to destroy otherwise followed by pickling action. This research was aimed to leran about the quality of chickens's egg race soaked by leaf of som jawa decoction.
