| dc.description.abstract | The aims of this research are : to identify the characteristics of the women of poultry farmers, to analyse the women of poultry farmers entrepreneur behaviour to find and apply the poultry business information and analyse the relationship between the women of poultry farmers internal and external characteristics to the entrepreneur behaviour in finding and applying the poultry business information. This research was carried out a month, from April to May 2006 in Taman Sari Village, Subdistrict of Taman Sari, Bogor District. The research population are all of the women of poultry farmers who join in Tanjung group and the method for choosing the samples was using sensus. The data consist of primary and secondary data. Data analyses was using descriptive analysis and rank Spearman and Chi Sqztare correlation test. The results show that : The number of family members has significant relationship to the entrepreneur attitude and has very significant relationship to the entrepreneur skill, and the business motivation has significant relationship to the entrepreneur attitude. The interaction between extension educator agent and the women of poultry farmers have significant relationship to the entrepreneur attitude and entrepreneur skill, and the interaction between peddler and women of poultry farmers has significant relationship to the entrepreneur skill.
