dc.description.abstractSheep farmers usually set the amount of feed given to their sheep based on the amount of dry matter required by the sheep. Practically, it is assumed, on the average, about 5 % of sheep body weight. On the field, sheep feed was cornpod of grass and concentrate. Different ratio of gras-concentrate might be able to supply the same amount of dry matter, however, might supply different nutritional composition Consequently, different gmwxncentrate ratio, which has certain nutritional supply, results in different meat nutritional value.en
