Abstract

The aims of this research is to evaluate dairy farm industry and to find out the feasibility of development planning of that Rian Puspita Jaya Dairy Farm Industry. The evaluation were based on technical. social. managemenl commercial and finance aspects. This study was conducted on April to May 2006. The method of this research is case study. The result indicate that the daq farm need to improve technical and management especially management dairy maintenance. Social aspect evaluation indicate that the relationship between the company and the society who lives around the company area and relation with the local government have worked well. Financial aspect evaluation indicate during 2001-2005 at bank interest 9.75%. business can be feasible with or without tax.
