Abstract
Duck is one of a waterfowl which has potention as egg and meat producer. Duck meat is less interested to the society because of it's off-odor. This research purpose was to measure the level of beluntas leaf meal adding in feed that able to reduce offodor h m the duck meat and to know consumer preference on duck meat sausage. This research was conducted in Faculty of Animal Science, Bogor Agricultural University. Ninety domestic male ducks raised for 10 weeks, the last 6 weeks given beluntas leaf meal adding in feed.
