Earthworm was detrivor animal could solve odor problem of organic waste, decreasing the organic waste and it's metabolic worth for fertilizer. The aims of this study were obtained earthworm's body weight gain and mortality in different level of treatment. The study was held from September 20th until 8th December 2005 at Non Ruminants and Prospective Animal Division, Department of Animal Production and Technology, Faculty of Animal Science, Bogor Agricultural University. The experiment used Complete Randomized Design in four feeding level treatments consists of 1; 1.25; 1.5; 1.75 body weight earthworms. Each treatment had five replications which contained 2.3 grams earthworm aged two weeks old, length 3.25 cm. Observed variables were body weight, body weight gain and mortality. Data were analyze using ANOVA and tested using Polynomial Orthogonal to examine the differences among treatments. The results showed that feed levels affected the body weight gain but not the earthworm's mortality. Elevation feed increased body weight gain of earthworm but the treatment could accumulation of oil on bedding. Oil accumulation in bedding appear as uncomforted environtment to earthworms, thus the body weight gain reduce until negative value. Food restaurant waste can be used as earthwarm's meal but the bedding must be in large supply. Keywords: Lurnbricus rubellus, food restaurant waste, body weight gain, mortalityen
