Analisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen di restoran siap saji California Fried Chicken Darmaga centre, Bogor
Abstract
Tha aim of this research were (1) to identify consumer's characteristic in California Fried Chicken Darmaga Centre (CFCDC) Restaurant, (2) to know decision of buying process, and (3) to analyze consumer's satisfaction level in it. This research was conducted in August until September 2006 and used primary and secondary data. Data was analized by descriptive with qualitative and quantitative analysis. Data obtained then compiled by tabulation form and elaborated descriptively where its method analysis was Importance and Performance Analysis.
