Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the body measurement and carcass characteristic of beef cattle, the program from Artificial Insemination (AI) program, slaughtered at different body weight category. The regressiion equation were develop in order to predict body weight and carcass weight cattle from AI program using Simmental and Limousin semen. They were classified into three categories of slaughter weights (500-599 kg, 600-699 kg, 700-799 kg).
