      Abstract
Growth of organic product demand result in increasing organic fertilizer demand. Two problem in producing organic fertilizer are long time producing and poor quality fertilizer. Chicken manure and banana trunk are rich in nutrient. They can be used as good material for compost producing. MOL tapai is activator to shorten compost producing times. This research is to know the effect of MOL tapai with different concentration to compost quality. This research consisted of two steps. First step was compost producing and step two is plantation test. The data from compost producing were analyzed with using completely randomized block design. The data from plantation test were are analyzed using completly randomized factorial design. Result showed that MOL tapai concentration didn’t affect pH, N, P, K of compost, but affect C quality. Plantation test showed that dosage of fertilizer affect plant height, leaf quantity, stem dryed weight, and root dryed weight. It is concluded that MOL tapai additions at different levels relative does not affect the quality of compost produced. The use of different dosages of very real effect on the productivity of crop. The use dosage of 100 g gave the best growth response.
