      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat model persamaan yang menunjukkan karakteristik pengeringan ( 1) cabe merah keriting , (2) ubi kayu, (3) jagung, (4) kedelai , (5) ikan kembung (peda) dan (6) pisang serta mempelajari karakteristik pengeringannya pada berbagai tingkat suhu udara pengering.
