Abstract
DIAH IMAS SRIMARYANI. Food Consumption Pattern and Nutritional Status among Household of Community Empowerment Program Participants in Bogor. Supervised by DADANG SUKANDAR and YAYUK FARIDA BALIWATI The objective of this research was to analyze food consumption pattern and nutritional status of households who were being the participant of community empowerment program. This research was about factors that influenced food consumption pattern and nutritional status of households. The factors which influenced food consumption pattern and nutritional status of households were analyzed by regression test. The regression test showed that income influenced sufficiency level of energy (p<0,05), education influenced the sufficiency level of protein (p<0,05), age influenced the sufficiency level of calcium (p<0,05), and age influenced sufficiency level of vitamin A (p<0,05). Factors which was significantly influenced the nutritional status was size of households. Based on regression test, the value of R square (R2) was 0,116. The impact of households size to the Body Mass Index (BMI) was 11,6% (R2 x 100%). Keywords : food consumption pattern, nutritional status, household of community empowerment program
