The Population and Productivity of Native Duck in Two Village with a Different Topography in Cianjur Frefecture.

Abstract

Duck breeding is one of the community animal breeding wliich normaly could be found at paddy field area or swamps. The breeding system is a herding system that passed on from ancestor to the youngsters which cause limitation on farmer skill and knowledge of raising duck. This study goals is to obtain the information of native duck population, breeding system, and productivity in two village which lies on the same Cianjur river strem area with different topography.
