dc.description.abstract | Due to its flavour and taste, Cinnamomum burmanii become the most market prefer type of cinnamon. Indonesia known as the biggest Cinnamomum burmanii producer, however because of low quality product, Indonesia can only covers 27% international market demand. This study consisted of developing a strategy to develop small scale cinnamon enterprise designed to increasing Indonesia cinnamon quality which directly increase farmer's income. After marketing system identification, supporting arid-inhibiting factor identification of small scale enterprise development, and feasibility analysis of small scale enterprise development, were done, then strategy of small scale cinnamon enterprise was being formatted. | id |
