Reproductive Performance of local Sheep at District of Cirebon, West Java

Abstract

Increasing demand of high quality food especially of animal proteins, has forced livestock production to a stagnant population growth of a number of livestock commodity, Sheep production has been demanded to fulfill the demand of meat consumption especially as substitute to beef However, most of the sheep production is developed under traditional and inefficient farming system.
