dc.description.abstractPerformance measurement is required by a company to compare the achievement with the objective planned. Usually, companies measure their performance based on financial performance aspect, however this basis can not clearly show how company reaches its objective and enhance its performance. In measuring performance, a company needs to understand what product does its customers wants so it can make specification, also machine and production tool maintenance and reparation. To measure performance achievement of a tyre industry, one needs a comprehensive measurement method. A more precise concept applied nowadays is Balanced Scorecard. This concept assesses company's performance based on financial, consumer, internal business process and growth and learning aspect.id
