dc.description.abstractIRD (International Relief and Development) is one of the Non Government Organization that helped to distribute dry noodles as food consumption from USDA (United Stated Development of Agriculture) in achievable price after they had licence from Industrial and Trade Department of Indonesia. The purpose of the study was to identify and to compose the priority factors that influenced the consumer's preference to IRD's dry noodle product using the multiatribut Fishbein's Model. This Research also conducted to choose the distribution strategy ofIRD's dry noodle to the middle class and lower class society in Purwokerto using Analitic Hierarchy Process. The result of costumer behaviour measurement showed that most preferable attitude, which was choosen by the costumer themself are elasticity (0,64423), packaging appearance (0,6138), colour (0,54810), capacity noodle (0,06731). All attribute were valued positive, which mean all fourth were important. Highest and priority value score of dry noodle attribute was given to elasticity attribute.id
