| dc.description.abstract | Perusahaan manufaktur pangan skala menengah mengelola informasi pengadaan dan produksi melalui media pencatatan terpisah sehingga keterlacakan dan efisiensi proses terbatas. Perancangan ini bertujuan mendesain, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) berbasis Odoo 18 pada modul Purchase dan Manufacturing . Pengembangan menggabungkan pendekatan Model-Based Systems Engineering, Design Thinking, dan Agile Scrum melalui lima tahap desain keteknikan. Modul Purchase menerapkan Purchase Request, approval workflow, dan access role untuk mendukung segregation of duties, sedangkan modul Manufacturing menerapkan multi-level Bill of Materials, Manufacturing Order, dan Work Order. Aplikasi microservice berbasis Python diintegrasikan melalui XML-RPC. Ketercapaian kebutuhan fungsional meningkat dari 86,66% dan 76,92% menjadi 100% setelah penyempurnaan, dengan nilai User Acceptance Testing 89% dan 90% serta efisiensi waktu proses 87,3% dan 87,5%. Implementasi sistem meningkatkan integrasi, keterlacakan, dan efisiensi pengelolaan informasi pengadaan dan produksi. | |
| dc.description.abstract | A medium-scale food Manufacturing company manages procurement and production information through separate recording media, limiting process traceability and efficiency. This design work aimed to design, implement, and evaluate an Odoo 18 based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for the Purchase and Manufacturing modules. Development combined Model-Based Systems Engineering, Design Thinking, and Agile Scrum approaches through five engineering design stages. The Purchase module applied Purchase Request, approval workflow, and access role to support segregation of duties, while the Manufacturing module applied multi-level Bill of Materials, Manufacturing Order, and Work Order. A Python-based microservice was integrated through XML-RPC. Functional requirement fulfillment increased from 86.66% and 76.92% to 100% after refinement, with User Acceptance Testing scores of 89% and 90% and process time efficiency of 87.3% and 87.5%. The implementation improved integration, traceability, and efficiency of procurement and production information management. | |
