      Abstract
      Perusahaan objek perancangan bergerak di bidang industri pangan yang melayani segmen business to business, industri, serta pelaku usaha food and beverage. Pertukaran informasi antara divisi Sales dan Quality masih dilakukan secara manual melalui WhatsApp dan Microsoft Excel sehingga proses traceability produk berbasis Lot Number berjalan kurang efisien. Perancangan ini bertujuan menganalisis proses bisnis penjualan dan pengendalian mutu yang berjalan, mengembangkan modul Sales dan Quality pada ERP Odoo yang terintegrasi, serta mengevaluasi hasil implementasinya dalam mendukung traceability produk. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan pendekatan Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) yang dikombinasikan dengan kerangka kerja Agile Scrum melalui lima tahap, yaitu eksplorasi, perumusan masalah, perancangan solusi, pengembangan prototipe, dan validasi menggunakan User Acceptance Test (UAT), pengujian black box serta efesiensi waktu. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa Modul Sales berhasil memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan fungsional (Requirements Achieved 100%) dengan tingkat penerimaan pengguna sebesar 90% dan penurunan waktu proses sebesar 90% (dari 68 menit menjadi 7 menit). Modul Quality mencapai Requirements Achieved 100%, tingkat penerimaan pengguna 88%, dan penurunan waktu proses sebesar 82% (dari 108 menit menjadi 19 menit). Integrasi kedua modul melalui Lot Number memungkinkan penelusuran informasi produk dilakukan secara lebih cepat, akurat, dan terintegrasi mulai dari proses penjualan hingga pengendalian mutu, sehingga sistem yang dikembangkan layak diterapkan untuk mendukung operasional dan pengendalian mutu perusahaan.
       
      The company under study operates in the food industry, serving business-to business, industrial, small and medium enterprise, and food and beverage segments. Information exchange between the Sales and Quality divisions was still conducted manually through WhatsApp and Microsoft Excel, resulting in an inefficient traceability process for products based on Lot Number. This research aimed to analyze the existing sales and quality control business processes, develop integrated Sales and Quality modules in Odoo ERP, and evaluate the implementation results in supporting product traceability. The system was developed using a Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approach combined with the Agile Scrum framework through five stages: exploration, problem formulation, solution design, prototype development, and validation using User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and black box testing. The results showed that the Sales Module achieved 100% of its functional requirements, with a 90% user acceptance rate and a 90% reduction in process time (from 68 to 7 minutes). The Quality Module achieved 100% of its functional requirements, an 88% user acceptance rate, and an 82% reduction in process time (from 108 to 19 minutes). Integration of both modules through the Lot Number enabled faster, more accurate, and integrated product traceability from the sales process to quality control, indicating that the developed system is feasible for supporting the company's operations and quality control.
