Residu garam rumput laut Sargassum sp. berpotensi sebagai eksfoliator alami pengganti microbeads sintetis dalam sediaan perawatan kulit. Penambahan bubuk bonggol nanas madu (Ananas comosus L.) dapat meningkatkan nilai fungsional body scrub melalui kandungan enzim bromelain dan senyawa bioaktifnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan konsentrasi terbaik penambahan bubuk bonggol nanas madu pada sediaan body scrub berbasis residu garam Sargassum sp. Body scrub diformulasikan menggunakan residu garam Sargassum sp. 6% dengan variasi konsentrasi bubuk bonggol nanas madu 0% (kontrol), 4% (F1), 6% (F2), dan 8% (F3). Formulasi terbaik adalah F2 dengan penambahan bubuk bonggol nanas madu 6%. Body scrub mengandung senyawa aktif alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, fenol hidrokuinon, steroid, triterpenoid, dan tanin. Formulasi terbaik memiliki nilai pH 6,31, viskositas 11.653,33 Cp, daya sebar 3,02 cm, sediaan homogen, tipe emulsi minyak dalam air (M/A), meningkatkan kelembapan kulit 9,04%, total fenol 26,75 mg GAE/g, dan aktivitas antioksidan (IC50) 80,55 ppm. Sargassum sp. seaweed salt residue has potential as a natural exfoliator to replace synthetic microbeads in skincare preparations. The addition of honey pineapple core powder (Ananas comosus L.) can enhance the functional value of body scrubs through its bromelain enzyme content and bioactive compounds. This research aims to determine the optimal concentration of honey pineapple core powder in a body scrub formulation based on Sargassum sp. salt residue. The body scrub was formulated using 6% Sargassum sp. salt residue with honey pineapple core powder concentrations of 0% (control), 4% (F1), 6% (F2), and 8% (F3). The best formulation was F1 with 6% honey pineapple core powder addition. Body scrubs contained active compounds including alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, hydroquinone phenols, steroids, triterpenoids, and tannins. The best formulation had a pH of 6.31, viscosity of 11.653,33 Cp, spreadability of 3,02 cm, homogeneous preparation, oil-in-water (o/w) emulsion type, skin moisture increase of 9,04%, total phenol of 26.75 mg GAE/g, and antioxidant activity (IC50) of 80,55 ppm.
