Perdana Indah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses terjadinya konflik
agraria, bentuk-bentuk eksklusi, tingkat kesadaran petani Germapun, pengaruh
Data
dianalisis menggunakan regresi logistik ordinal. Hasil menunjukkan mayoritas
responden (76.14%) berada pada tingkat kesadaran kritis. Berdasarkan kerangka
power of exclusion, Regulasi dan pasar berpengaruh negatif terhadap peluang
kesadaran kritis, sementara legitimasi dan pemaksaan berpengaruh positif.
Masyarakat merespons konflik melalui tindakan kolektif terorganisir, mobilisasi
hukum, serta jejaring solidaritas lintas komunitas. The agrarian conflict in Pundenrejo Village has been going on for over a
century. It started with farmers’ land being seized by a Dutch company in 1879,
then later turned into a HGB owned by PT Bappipundip and sold to PT Laju
Perdana Indah. This study aims to analyze the process of agrarian conflict, the
forms of exclusion experienced, the Pundenrejo farmer’s level of consciousness, the
influence of exclusion on level of consciousness, and the Germapun farmer’s
responses and strategies in facing the conflict. The study employed a quantiative
approach supported by qualitative data by conducting a survey using
questionnaires to 88 respondents and in-depth interviews to the key organization of
Germapun. The data were analyzed using ordinal logistic regression. Result show
that most respondents (76.14%) exhibited critical consciousness. Based on the
power of exclusion framework, Regulation and market negatively affected te odds
of critical consciousness, whereas legitimation and force affected it positively. The
community responded through organized collective action, legal mobilization, and
cross-community solidarity networks.
