Abstract
PT Bienature Farm, an agribusiness company specialising in sweet potatoes, did not have structured performance indicators to support sustainable supply chain management. This study aimed to identify and determine the priority weights of sustainable supply chain management performance indicators using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The research was conducted at PT Bienature Farm, Bogor Regency, from February to June 2026 using primary and secondary data based on the assessments of five experts. The results showed that the company's supply chain encompassed the six main SCOR processes, plan, source, make, deliver, return, and enable. The AHP weighting results indicated that the cost (0.296), reliability (0.222), and agility (0.218) attributes were the highest priorities. At Level 3, the performance indicators with the highest global weights was accuracy of order quantity (RBL.1.1.2), with the weight of 0.089, which indicated that the company prioritised the accuracy of product quantities delivered in accordance with customer orders.
