Cikarawang Farm produced approximately 200 liters of goat urine each week, which had remained underutilized despite its potential to be processed into liquid organic fertilizer. This study aimed to evaluate the business feasibility from both financial and non-financial perspectives and to formulate managerial implications for business development. Financial feasibility was assessed using the Average Rate of Return (ARR), Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Profitability Index (PI), while non-financial feasibility covered technical and production, marketing, organizational management, legal, and economic, social, and cultural aspects. The results indicated that the business was financially feasible based on all investment criteria and was supported by adequate raw material availability, production facilities, market potential, management capability, and socio-economic benefits. However, product certification and legal compliance needed to be completed before large-scale commercialization. The findings provided the basis for developing a Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a managerial strategy for business expansion.
