This study evaluated the effect of potato peel waste extract supplementation on the relative weight of the small intestine and lymphoid organs of broiler chickens. A total of 180 Cobb strain day-old chicks were assigned to three treatments: P0 (control), P1 (control + Vitachick®), and P2 (control + 400 ppm potato peel extract in drinking water), using a completely randomized design with six replicates. The results showed no significant effect (P>0.05) on the relative weight of the duodenum, jejunum, ileum, bursa of fabricius, or thymus. However, the relative weight of the spleen was significantly affected (P<0.05), with P0 (0.15%) showing a higher value than P1 (0.10%) and P2 (0.11%), indicating a more efficient immune response in supplemented groups. The results suggested that supplementation with 400 ppm potato peel extract in drinking water did not affect the relative weight of the small intestine or most lymphoid organs but may support more efficient spleen immune function in broiler chickens.
