edukasi pemasaran berbasis Retrieval-Augmented Generation Large Language
bulan. Sistem edukasi RAG-LLM yang dikembangkan menggunakan 35 dokumen
tervalidasi menghasilkan relevansi retrieval sebesar 73 ,4% dan faithfulness sebesar 59,4%
Integrasi strategi pemasaran dan sistem edukasi berbasis RAG-LLM
berpotensi mendukung pemasaran produk pangan fungsional. This study aims to develop a marketing strategy and a Retrieval-Augmented
Generation Large Language Model (RAG-LLM)-based marketing education
system for the Sacha Inchi and Black Garlic shot drink product. Consumer
segmentation was conducted using K-Means Clustering, financial analysis using
Monte Carlo simulation, and the education system was developed using LangChain,
ChromaDB, and Gemini 2.5 Flash. The results show that the Premium Informed
cluster (21.36%) is the primary target market, with a selling price set at IDR37 ,435
per box. The Monte Carlo simulation showed a 100% probability of profit within
the tested range of sales volume (50—400 boxes per month), with a break-even point
of 18 boxes per month. The RAG-LLM education system, developed using 35
validated documents, achieved a retrieval relevance score of 73.4% and a
faithfulness score of 59.4%. The integration ofthe marketing strategy and the RAG-
LLM-based education system has the potential to support the marketing of
functional food products.
