| dc.description.abstract | PT XYZ telah mengimplementasikan sistem QR code scanner pada proses pengemasan cookies untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan penggunaan material kemasan, namun sistem tersebut belum pernah divalidasi sehingga kesiapan implementasinya belum dapat dipastikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kesiapan sistem QR code scanner menggunakan metode PDCA. Penelitian dilakukan melalui validasi awal pada delapan mesin pengemasan, analisis akar penyebab menggunakan diagram sebab-akibat dan metode 5 Mengapa, penyusunan tindakan perbaikan, validasi ulang, pengujian kesiapan operasional, serta penyusunan OPL. Hasil validasi awal menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 50% pada validasi SKU salah dan 37,5% pada validasi QR salah. Setelah dilakukan tindakan perbaikan, seluruh mesin berhasil memenuhi kriteria validasi dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% pada kedua jenis validasi. Hasil commissioning menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu beroperasi dengan baik pada kondisi produksi sehingga sistem dinyatakan siap diterapkan pada proses pengemasan cookies di PT XYZ. | |
| dc.description.abstract | PT XYZ has implemented a QR code scanner system in the cookies
packaging process to prevent the incorrect use of packaging materials, however
the system had not been validated, so its implementation readiness could not be
confirmed. This study aimed to evaluate the readiness of the QR code scanner
system using the PDCA method. The study involved initial validation on eight
packaging machines, root cause analysis using a cause-and-effect diagram and the
5 why method, corrective actions, revalidation, operational readiness testing, and
the preparation of a One Point Lesson (OPL). The initial validation showed
success rates of 50% for wrong SKU validation and 37.5% for wrong QR
validation. After corrective actions were implemented, all machines met the
validation criteria, achieving a 100% success rate for both types of validation. The
commissioning results showed that the system operated properly under production
conditions, indicating that the QR code scanner system was ready to be
implemented in the cookies packaging process at PT XYZ. | |
