Analisis Potensi Keberlanjutan Rencana Bisnis Pupuk Organik Cair Urine Kambing Berbasis Ekonomi Sirkular di Cikarawang Farm

Abstract

Pemanfaatan limbah urine kambing sebagai pupuk organik cair merupakan salah satu upaya mendukung ekonomi sirkular melalui pengurangan limbah dan peningkatan nilai ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis potensi penerapan ekonomi sirkular, menilai keberlanjutan, dan mengidentifikasi faktor pengungkit rencana bisnis pupuk organik cair berbasis urine kambing di Cikarawang Farm. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner kepada lima pakar, survei petani, dan studi literatur. Analisis menggunakan metode Multi-aspect Sustainability Analysis (MSA) pada dimensi ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan, teknologi, dan kelembagaan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan urine kambing berpotensi mendukung ekonomi sirkular dengan indeks keberlanjutan multidimensi sebesar 60,90 (kategori berkelanjutan). Dimensi lingkungan memperoleh nilai tertinggi (79,86), sedangkan dimensi kelembagaan terendah (39,80). Prioritas pengembangan mencakup penguatan kelembagaan, peningkatan legalitas dan mutu produk, pengembangan pasar, serta kemitraan dan jaringan distribusi.

The utilization of goat urine as liquid organic fertilizer was considered a potential approach to support the circular economy through waste reduction and increased economic value. This study aimed to analyze the potential implementation of circular economy principles, assess sustainability, and identify the leverage factors of the business plan for goat urine-based liquid organic fertilizer at Cikarawang Farm. Data were collected through observations, interviews, questionnaires administered to five experts, farmer surveys, and a literature review. The analysis employed the Multi-aspect Sustainability Analysis (MSA) method across five dimensions: economic, social, environmental, technological, and institutional. The results showed that goat urine utilization had the potential to support the circular economy, with a multidimensional sustainability index of 60.90, indicating a sustainable category. The environmental dimension achieved the highest score (79.86), while the institutional dimension recorded the lowest (39.80). Development priorities included strengthening institutional capacity, improving product legality and quality, expanding market development, and enhancing partnerships and distribution networks.
