| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi reject, mengetahui proses produksi terkendali secara statistik atau tidak, menentukan faktor penyebab, memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan, dan mengevaluasi tindakan perbaikan yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Statistical Quality Control (SQC) sebagai pengendalian kualitas. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan check sheet, p-chart, diagram pareto, fishbone diagram, 5 whys analysis, dan rekomendasi tindakan perbaikan dengan pendekatan 5W+1H. Hasil analisis p-chart produksi nugget ayam original sebelum dilakukan tindakan perbaikan tidak terkendali secara statistik, dengan reject dominan pada ukuran tidak sesuai (72%) dan reject berongga (28%). Faktor penyebab adanya reject disebabkan oleh faktor manusia dan metode. Tindakan perbaikan yang dilakukan mampu menurunkan total reject dan analisis p-chart menunjukkan data pengamatan berada dalam batas kendali sehingga tindakan perbaikan dapat mengurangi adanya reject dan meningkatkan kestabilan proses produksi. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to identify reject, determine whether the production process is statistically controlled or not, determine the causal factors, provide recommendations for improvement, and evaluate the corrective actions taken. This research uses the method Statistical Quality Control (SQC) as quality control. The analysis was carried out using check sheet, p-chart, pareto diagram, fishbone diagram, 5 whys analysis, and recommendations for corrective actions using the 5W+1H approach. Analysis results p-chart production original chicken nuggets before corrective action is taken statistically uncontrolled, with reject dominant in inappropriate size (72%) and reject hollow (28%). Factors causing the presence of reject caused by human factors and methods. The corrective actions taken were able to reduce the total reject and analysis p-chart shows that observation data is within control limits so that corrective action can reduce the occurrence of errors reject and increase the stability of the production process. | |
