| dc.description.abstract | Fluktuasi yield produksi selama proses produksi di PT XYZ yang berada dalam kondisi tidak terkendali menjadikan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses produksi menurun. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, analisis akar masalah, Individual Moving Range (I-MR) chart, dan Mann-Whitney U Test. Variabel yang menjadi dugaan berpengaruh terhadap yield adalah berat telur, Haugh Unit, dan tebal cangkang. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan persamaan Yield = 70,325+0,079X1-0,253X2+0,658X3 dengan koefisien determinasi 17,8% sehingga model regresi masih tergolong lemah dan diduga terdapat faktor lain yang memengaruhi. Analisis akar masalah menunjukkan bahwa faktor tidak adanya standar mutu bahan baku dan distribusi panas yang tidak merata menjadi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi persentase yield. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, dilakukan tindakan perbaikan berupa penyusunan standar mutu fisik bahan baku dan pengadukan pada proses perebusan. Tindakan perbaikan yang dilakukan masih belum dapat mengendalikan persentase yield dengan sempurna secara statistik, akan tetapi tindakan perbaikan dapat memberikan perbedaan yang signifikan dengan taraf signifikansi 0,015 < (a=0,05). | |
| dc.description.abstract | Fluctuations in productions yield during the production process in PT XYZ that are in uncontrolled conditions make the effectiveness and efficiency of the production process decrease. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, root cause analysis, Individual Moving Range (I-MR) chart, and Mann-Whitney U Test. The variables that are suspected to influence the yield are egg weight, Haugh Unit, and shell thickness. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis show the equation Yield = 70,325+0,079X1-0,253X2+0,658X3 with a coefficient of determination of 17.8% so that the regression model is still considered weak, and it is suspected that there are other influencing factors. The root cause analysis shows that the lack of raw material quality standards and uneven heat distribution are factors that affect the yield percentage. Based on the results of the analysis, corrective actions were taken in the form of preparing physical quality standards for raw materials and stirring during the boiling process. The corrective actions taken were still unable to control the yield percentage perfectly statistically, but they did make a significant difference with a significance level 0,015 < (a=0,05). | |
