Patin (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) dengan Aplikasi Pakan Berprobiotik pada
Manajemen Air Berbeda. Dibimbing oleh TATAG BUDIARDI dan IRZAL
EFFENDI.
Pendederan ikan patin (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) intensif memerlukan
bioremediasi (BR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan bioremediasi
menghasilkan tingkat kelangsungan hidup tertinggi (65,1%), produktivitas terbaik
(104,14 ± 7,70 ekor L?¹ tahun?¹), serta kualitas air masih berada dalam kisaran
optimal untuk budidaya ikan patin. Analisis usaha menunjukkan sistem
bioremediasi paling efisien dengan HPP terendah Rp153,57, PP tercepat 0,41 tahun,
dan RCR tertinggi 2,28. Dengan demikian, perlakuan bioremediasi pada
pendederan ikan patin dengan aplikasi pakan berprobiotik dengan manajemen air
berbeda menghasilkan kinerja produksi dan profitabilitas terbaik.

Catfish (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) Nursery Using Probiotic Feed
Application under Different Water Management Systems. Supervised by TATAG
BUDIARDI and IRZAL EFFENDI.
Intensive nursery culture of striped catfish (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus)
requires an effective water management system to improve production performance
and business profitability. This study aimed to evaluate the production performance
and profitability of striped catfish nursery using probiotic-supplemented feed under
different water management systems. The experiment was conducted for 42 days
using a completely randomized design with three treatments: water exchange (GA),
recirculating aquaculture system (RA), and bioremediation (BR). The results
showed that the bioremediation treatment produced the highest survival rate
(65.1%), the highest productivity (104.14 ± 7.70 fish L?¹ year?¹), while maintaining
water quality within the optimal range for striped catfish culture. Economic analysis
indicated that the bioremediation system was the most efficient, with the lowest
production cost (IDR 153.57 fish?¹), the shortest PP (0.41 years), and the highest
RCR (2.28). Therefore, the bioremediation system combined with probiotic
supplemented feed provided the best production performance and profitability for
striped catfish nursery under different water management systems.
