| dc.description.abstract | Sektor industri, khususnya lini pengemasan tepung terigu, menghadapi tantangan efisiensi listrik saat terjadi downtime operasional. Pemborosan energi sering muncul ketika mesin dibiarkan dalam kondisi idle pada durasi lama. Penelitian ini merancang sebuah perangkat monitoring sistem energi otomatis berbasis teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) yang mampu melakukan analisis konsumsi energi secara real-time. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 melalui skema Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Simulation untuk merepresentasikan variabel arus listrik dan durasi idle. Logika utama sistem membandingkan akumulasi energi terbuang dengan kebutuhan operasional normal. Data dikirimkan ke cloud database untuk divisualisasikan melalui dashboard interaktif. Hasil pengujian membuktikan sistem mampu memberikan rekomendasi melalui alarm peringatan jika energi downtime melampaui ambang batas. Implementasi ini mendukung upaya konservasi energi dengan meminimalisir penggunaan listrik tidak produktif, sekaligus menjadi instrumen pendukung keputusan manajemen industri dalam mengoptimalkan efisiensi lini pengemasan. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The industrial sector, particularly the wheat flour packaging line, faces electricity efficiency challenges during operational downtime. Energy waste often occurs when machines are left idle for extended periods. This study designs an automated energy monitoring system device based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology capable of analyzing energy consumption in real time. The system was developed using an ESP32 microcontroller through a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Simulation scheme to represent electrical current and idle duration variables. The system's main logic compares accumulated wasted energy with normal operational needs. Data is sent to a cloud database for visualization through an interactive dashboard. Test results prove the system is capable of providing recommendations through warning alarms if downtime energy exceeds a threshold. This implementation supports energy conservation efforts by minimizing unproductive electricity use, while also serving as a decision-making instrument for industrial management in optimizing packaging line efficiency. | |
