Industri jasa fotografi di Kota Bekasi mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat akan dokumentasi visual, namun Mphoto Studio Bekasi menghadapi permasalahan berupa fluktuasi jumlah transaksi konsumen yang mengindikasikan ketidakstabilan minat beli. Kajian ini difokuskan untuk mengkaji pengaruh marketing mix 7P yang meliputi product, price, place, promotion, people, process, dan physical evidence terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Mphoto Studio Bekasi. Kajian dilaksanakan dengan desain kuantitatif berbasis SEM-PLS menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Data dikumpulkan dari 125 responden menerapkan metode pemilihan responden secara purposif melalui survei online. Temuan studi mengindikasikan bahwa variabel product, price, place, promotion, people, dan physical evidence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, sementara faktor process tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang berarti. The photography service industry in Bekasi City has experienced significant growth alongside the increasing public demand for visual documentation. However, Mphoto Studio Bekasi faces challenges characterized by variations in the number of consumer transactions, indicating instability in purchase intention. This research seeks to examine how the 7P marketing mix elements affect consumer buying intention at Mphoto Studio Bekasi. A quantitative design with SEM-PLS analysis via SmartPLS 4 was utilized, involving data from 125 purposively selected respondents. The results indicate that product, price, place, promotion, people, and physical evidence positively and significantly influence consumers’ purchase intention, while the process variable was not found to significantly influence. In general, the model accounted for 59.1% of the variance in consumers’ purchase intention.
