dc.description.abstractMasa remaja merupakan periode penting dalam perkembangan individu yang ditandai dengan berbagai perubahan fisik, emosional, dan sosial. Remaja yang menempuh pendidikan di pondok pesantren menghadapi tantangan unik berupa keterbatasan akses langsung terhadap keluarga dan dominannya interaksi dengan teman sebaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kelekatan ayah dengan anak dan kualitas hubungan pertemanan terhadap asertivitas remaja awal di pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksplanatori dan melibatkan 101 santri kelas 8 dan 9 SMPIT Al-Fityan Boarding School Bogor yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences versi 25, dan SmartPLS. Hasil menunjukkan kualitas hubungan pertemanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap asertivitas, sedangkan kelekatan ayah tidak berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan dalam model simultan. Jenis kelamin berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap asertivitas. Analisis SEM-PLS mengonfirmasi bahwa kualitas hubungan pertemanan memediasi pengaruh kelekatan ayah terhadap asertivitas remaja awal yang tinggal di pondok pesantren.
dc.description.abstractAdolescence is a critical period in an individual’s development, marked by various physical, emotional, and social changes. Adolescents attending Islamic boarding schools face unique challenges, such as limited direct access to their families and interactions dominated by peers. This study aims to analyze the influence of fatherchild attachment and the quality of friendships on the assertiveness of early adolescents in Islamic boarding schools. This study uses an explanatory design and involves 101 eighth- and ninth-grade students at SMPIT Al-Fityan Boarding School in Bogor, selected using purposive sampling. Data processing and analysis were conducted using Microsoft Excel, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 25, and SmartPLS. The results indicate that friendship quality has a significant positive effect on assertiveness, whereas father-child attachment does not have a significant direct effect in the simultaneous model. Gender had a significant negative effect on assertiveness. SEM-PLS analysis confirmed that friendship quality fully mediated the effect of father-child attachment on the assertiveness of early adolescents residing in Islamic boarding schools.
