| dc.description.abstract | Mahasiswa tingkat akhir mengalami berbagai tuntutan akademik yang dapat memengaruhi kesehatan mental dan resiliensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi pengaruh gaya pengasuhan ayah, stres akademik, dan motivasi akademik terhadap resiliensi mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian terdiri atas 206 mahasiswa di IPB University yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan aplikasi (SPSS) 25 dan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya pengasuhan ayah berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap stres akademik mahasiswa, dengan dimensi authoritative sebagai dimensi yang paling dominan. Gaya pengasuhan ayah tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi akademik dan resiliensi, tetapi memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung melalui stres akademik. Selain itu, stres akademik berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap motivasi akademik, sedangkan motivasi akademik berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap resiliensi mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa stres akademik berperan sebagai mediator yang menghubungkan gaya pengasuhan ayah dengan motivasi akademik dan resiliensi mahasiswa tingkat akhir.

| dc.description.abstract | Final-year students face various academic demands that may affect their mental well-being and resilience. This study aimed to analyze and identify the effects of fathers’ parenting styles, academic stress, and academic motivation on the resilience of final-year students. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design was employed. The sample consisted of 206 students from IPB University selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SPSS version 25 and SmartPLS. The results revealed that fathers’ parenting styles had a significant negative effect on students’ academic stress, with the authoritative dimension emerging as the most dominant parenting style. Fathers’ parenting styles did not have a direct effect on academic motivation and resilience; however, they exerted an indirect effect through academic stress. Furthermore, academic stress had a significant negative effect on academic motivation, whereas academic motivation had a significant positive effect on the resilience of final-year students. These findings indicate that academic stress serves as a mediator linking fathers’ parenting styles to academic motivation and resilience among final-year students.
