| dc.description.abstract | Periode laktasi pertama (primipara) pada sapi perah Friesian Holstein (FH) merupakan penentu penting produktivitas sapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis produksi susu harian dan kualitas susu pada sapi perah FH primipara serta korelasi produksi susu dengan bahan kering pakan di Kandang A, Unit Ternak Perah, Fakultas Peternakan, IPB University, yang dilaksanakan pada November 2025—Maret 2026 terhadap lima ekor sapi FH (Sapi A, B, C, D, dan E). Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi produksi susu, kualitas susu, konsumsi pakan, dan temperature humidity index (THI) kandang. Komposisi susu dianalisis
menggunakan alat milk analyzer. Data kemudian diolah secara statistik untuk menentukan nilai rata-rata dan standar deviasi untuk setiap parameter yang diamati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata produksi susu sapi perah FH primipara adalah 14,45±4,03 kg hari-1. Rata-rata kualitas lemak adalah 3,07%±1,03, protein 2,93%±0,79, laktosa 4,42%±1,19, padatan non-lemak (SNF) adalah 8,06%±2,16 dan nilai densitas 27,98±7,52 gram mL-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, produksi susu bervariasi dengan konsistensi produksi tertinggi dicapai oleh Sapi C. Kualitas susu dari penelitian ini memenuhi standar nasional indonesia (SNI). | |
| dc.description.abstract | The first lactation period (primiparous stages) in Friesian Holstein (FH) dairy cows is a critical determinant of subsequent productivity. This study aimed to analyze daily milk production and milk quality in primiparous FH dairy cows, as well as the correlation between milk production and dry matter intake at Barn A, Dairy Livestock Unit, Faculty of Animal Science, IPB University. This study was conducted from November 2025 to March 2026 using five primiparous FH cows (A, B, C, D, and E). Data collected included daily milk yield, milk quality parameters, feed intake, and the barn’s temperature humidity index (THI). Milk composition was analyzed using a milk analyzer. Descriptive statistical analysis (mean ± standard deviation) was applied. The results showed that the average milk production was 14.45±4.03 kg day-1. Milk composition average 3.07%±1.03 fat, 2.93%±0.79 protein, 4.42%±1.19 lactose, 8.06%±2.16 solids-non-fat, and a density of 27.98±7.52 g mL-1. Variability in daily milk yield was observed among cows,
with Cow C exhibiting the highest production consistency. Milk quality parameters generally met the indonesian national standard (SNI). | |
