      Abstract
      DHAFA ADRINSYAH. Efektivitas pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT Rachmat Perdana Adhimetal Bekasi. Dibimbing oleh EKA DASRA VIANA. Aspek sumber daya manusia adalah hal aspek fundamental bagi suatu industri manufaktur. Pengelolaan kualitas sumber daya manusia di suatu institusi dan perusahaan adalah dengan cara dengan penyelenggaraan pelatihan kerja. Hal serupa dilakukan oleh PT. RPA di Bekasi dalam peningkatan kompetensi (knowledge, attitude,skill ) terutama pada sumber daya bagian produksi melalui pelatihan dalaman (in-house training). Penelitian ini bertujuan salah satunya untuk menjelaskan implementasi pelatihan berbasis model Kirk Patrick yang dilaksanakan di PT. RPA. Wawancara secara mendalam (in-depth interview) dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei dan Juni 2025. Sumber data dan informasi dikumpulkan dari 8 (delapan) informan dari pihak internal Perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini jenis sumber data primer adalah sumber data utama yang dibantu oleh sumber data sekunder dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, review dan wawancara. Peneliti membandingkan pengakuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah melaksanakan pelatihan. Perbedaan peningkatan baik dari segi disiplin, motivasi dan peningkatan skill setelah pelatihan secara signifikan dicatat dan disimpulkan sebagai parameter perubahan. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui mereduksi data, mendisplay data, dan penetapan kesimpulan. Sementara tahap evaluasi model evaluasi 4 (empat) level yaitu pembelajaran, reaksi, perilaku, serta hasil yang dikembangkan Kirkpatrick pada tahun 1998 menyimpulkan beberapa hasil bahwa pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan di PT. RPA selama ini sudah cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan produksi dan setelah mengimplementasikan model pelatihan, terjadi peningkatan kompetensi karyawan ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya produksi, penjualan perusahaan dan pengurangan defect product.
       
      DHAFA ADRIANSYAH. The Efectiveness of education and training in enhancing employee performance at PT Rachmad Perdana Adhimetal Bekasi. Dibimbing oleh EKA DASRA VIANA Human resources constitute one of the most fundamental aspects of the manufacturing industry. One approach to managing and improving the quality of human resources within a company is through the implementation of job training programs. This strategy has been adopted by PT. RPA in Bekasi to enhance employee competencies - particularly skills, knowledge, and attitudes - among production personnel through in-house training programs. This study aims to describe the implementation of training based on the Kirkpatrick evaluation model as conducted by PT. RPA. In-depth interviews were carried out during May and June 2025. Data were obtained from eight internal company informants. This study employed both primary and secondary data sources, collected through observation, document review, and interviews. The researcher compared participants’ self-reported conditions before and after the training program. Significant improvements in discipline, motivation, and skills after the training were recorded and used as indicators of change. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, display of data, and conclusion drawing. Furthermore, the four-level evaluation model developed by Kirkpatrick (reaction, behavior, learning, and results) was applied to assess the effectiveness of the training program. The findings indicate that the training programs implemented by PT. RPA have been effective in improving the competencies of production employees. After the application of the training model, employee competencies showed measurable improvement, as evidenced by increased production output, higher company sales, and a reduction in defective products.
