dc.description.abstractKeterbatasan bahan baku dan ruang produksi menimbulkan risiko keamanan pangan pada PT Bogor Sari Nutrisi sehingga diperlukan alternatif kerja sama maklon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penentuan perusahaan maklon sebagai mitra produksi permen susu lunak pada PT Bogor Sari Nutrisi. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November – April 2026. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis SWOT, studi eksploratif, pairwise comparison, dan factor rating method berdasarkan penilaian enam pakar. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa PT BSN memiliki kekuatan pada kualitas bahan baku, namun menghadapi keterbatasan bahan baku dan ruang produksi. Di sisi lain, peluang pengembangan produk masih terbuka, meskipun terdapat ancaman persaingan. Hasil pairwise comparison menunjukkan kualitas bahan baku (0,261) sebagai faktor prioritas. Hasil factor rating menunjukkan PT IU memperoleh skor tertinggi sebesar 83,143 dibandingkan PT IM dan PT FIT, sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai perusahaan maklon permen susu lunak yang paling optimal.
dc.description.abstractLimitations in raw materials and production space pose food safety risks, at PT Bogor Sari Nutrisi necessitating alternative contract manufacturing partnerships. This study aimed to analyze the selection of contract manufacturing companies as production partners for soft milk candy at PT Bogor Sari Nutrisi. The study was conducted from November to April 2026. The data processing and analysis methods included SWOT analysis, exploratory studies, pairwise comparison, and the Factor Rating Method based on the assessments of six experts. The SWOT analysis showed that PT BSN had strengths in raw material quality but faced limitations in raw materials and production space. On the other hand, product development opportunities remained available, although competitive threats existed. The results of the pairwise comparison showed that raw material quality (0.261) was the priority factor. The factor rating results showed that PT IU obtained the highest score of 83.143 compared to PT IM and PT FIT, and therefore was recommended as the most optimal contract manufacturing partner for soft milk candy.
