dc.description.abstractSebagai respons terhadap meningkatnya masalah lingkungan, organisasi mengintegrasikan praktik berkelanjutan dalam kerangka operasional bisnis. Manajemen hijau dipilih sebagai pendekatan inovatif guna meningkatkan kinerja dengan mempertimbangkan aspek lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi karyawan terhadap model green human resource management, green organization culture, dan green innovation, menganalisis pengaruh GHRM terhadap green organization culture dan green innovation, serta menganalisis peran dari green organization culture sebagai variabel moderator. Penelitian dilakukan di perusahan sektor publik yaitu Perumda Pasar Pakuan Jaya dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif yang berasal dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Analisis yang dilakukan berupa analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara model GHRM, green organization culture, dan green innovation, serta green organization culture sebagai variabel mediator mengindikasi adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh antara GHRM dan green innovation.
dc.description.abstractIn response to the growing environmental challenges, organizations are integrating sustainable practices into their business operational. Green management has been adopted as an approach to enhance organizational performance while taking environmental aspects. This study aims to identify employees’ perceptions of the green human resource management (GHRM) model, green organizational culture, and green innovation; to analyze the influence of GHRM on green organizational culture and green innovation; and to examine the role of green organizational culture as a moderating variable. The research was conducted at public sector company Perumda Pasar Pakuan Jaya, using quantitative data from primary and secondary sources. The analysis employed descriptive statistics and SEM-PLS. Findings reveal a positive and significant relationship among GHRM, green organizational culture, and green innovation. Green organizational culture, acting as a mediating variable, significantly and positively mediates the relationship between GHRM and green innovation.
