dc.description.abstractTransformasi digital pada sektor perbankan berpotensi mendukung agenda keberlanjutan melalui pengurangan emisi karbon. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi digital banking Bank Mandiri, menganalisis kontribusinya terhadap emisi karbon pada Scope 1, Scope 2, dan Scope 3, serta merumuskan strategi optimal dengan Analytical Hierarchy Process. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kantor Pusat Bank Mandiri, Jakarta, pada November 2024– Agustus 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan Livin’ by Mandiri, Electronic Data Capture (EDC), dan e-money berkontribusi menekan emisi melalui efisiensi energi, pengurangan penggunaan kertas, berkurangnya kebutuhan transportasi, serta inovasi kartu ramah lingkungan dan fitur pelacak jejak karbon. Kontribusi tersebut mencakup efisiensi bahan bakar dan kendaraan listrik (Scope 1), pengurangan konsumsi listrik cabang (Scope 2), serta inovasi produk berbahan daur ulang dan edukasi nasabah (Scope 3). Analisis AHP menempatkan pelacakan jejak karbon per transaksi digital sebagai strategi prioritas untuk mendukung target Net Zero Emission Bank Mandiri 2030.
dc.description.abstractDigital transformation in the banking sector had the potential to support sustainability through carbon emission reduction. This study aimed to describe the implementation of digital banking at Bank Mandiri, analyze its contribution to carbon emissions in Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3, and formulate optimal strategies using the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The research was conducted at Bank Mandiri Head Office, Jakarta, during November 2024–August 2025. The findings showed that Livin’ by Mandiri, Electronic Data Capture (EDC), and e-money contributed to emission reduction by improving energy efficiency, reducing paper usage, lowering transportation needs, and introducing eco-friendly innovations such as recycled cards and carbon footprint tracking features. These contributions covered fuel efficiency and vehicle electrification (Scope 1), reduced electricity use at branch offices (Scope 2), and recycled product innovation with customer engagement (Scope 3). The AHP analysis identified carbon footprint tracking per digital transaction as the most prioritized strategy to support Bank Mandiri’s 2030 Net Zero Emission target.
