      Abstract
      Perusahaan berbasis syariah memiliki tanggung jawab untuk membangun budaya kerja yang tidak hanya profesional, tetapi juga mencerminkan nilai-nilai Islam. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi adalah bagaimana mengintegrasikan nilai kerja islami ke dalam budaya organisasi modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara etos kerja Islami dengan core values AKHLAK pada perusahaan PT XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui survei karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan Februari-Juli 2025 dengan lokasi penelitian berada di Jakarta Timur sebagai head office dari PT XYZ. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan korelasi kanonikal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang kuat antara etos kerja Islami dengan seluruh nilai dalam AKHLAK. Temuan baru dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator niat kerja, amanah, jenis pekerjaan, serta kerja sama dan kolaborasi memiliki kontribusi paling dominan terhadap penguatan nilai AKHLAK.
       
      Sharia-based companies were responsible for building a work culture that was not only professional but also reflected Islamic values. One of the challenges they faced was how to integrate Islamic work values into modern organizational culture. This study aimed to analyse the relationship between Islamic Work Ethic and core values AKHLAK at PT XYZ. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected through team member surveys. The study was conducted from February to July 2025 at the head office of PT XYZ in East Jakarta. The data were analysed using descriptive analysis and canonical correlation. The results showed a strong positive relationship between Islamic Work Ethic and all values in AKHLAK. New findings from this study indicated that the indicators of work intention, trusteeship, work type, cooperation and collaboration made the most dominant contributions to strengthening AKHLAK values.
