      Abstract
      NADHIRA PUTRI UTAMI. Game Edukasi Anemia “Bloodi” untuk Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Pola Makan dan Aktivitas Fisik Atlet Basket Putri. Dibimbing oleh FIRMAN MUHAMMAD BASAR. Anemia pada remaja putri, terutama yang aktif secara fisik seperti pemain basket, sering terjadi akibat kekurangan zat besi dan pola makan yang tidak seimbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh game edukasi “Bloodi” terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan pola makan dan aktivitas fisik atlet basket putri. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan desain one group pre-test dan post-test, melibatkan 31 siswi di SMAN 1 Cisarua Bogor. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan pada pola makan (Z = -4,731; p = 0,000) dan aktivitas fisik (Z = -4,582; p = 0,000). Rata-rata tingkat kesukaan terhadap media mencapai 4,3 dari 5. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa game edukasi interaktif dapat menjadi media efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi kesehatan dan pencegahan anemia pada remaja.       NADHIRA PUTRI UTAMI. The Educational Game “Bloodi” to Improve Dietary and Physical Activity Knowledge of Female Adolescent Basketball Players. Supervised by FIRMAN MUHAMMAD BASAR. Anemia in female adolescents, especially those engaged in intense physical activity like basketball, is often caused by iron deficiency and poor dietary habits. This study aimed to examine the effect of the educational game “Bloodi” on improving knowledge of diet and physical activity among female basketball students. A quasi experiment one group pre-test and post-test design was used with 31 participants from SMAN 1 Cisarua Bogor. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed with the Wilcoxon test. Results showed significant increases in dietary knowledge (Z = -4.731; p = 0.000) and physical activity knowledge (Z = -4.582; p = 0.000). The average satisfaction score was 4.3 out of 5. These findings indicate that interactive educational games are effective tools to enhance health literacy and support anemia prevention among adolescents.
